What does my ad actually look like?
It depends on the tier. Small — your logo appears in the player corner and on the showcase page for every video we publish for a year. Medium — your logo plus a branded end card (3–5 seconds at the end of every video). Large — we come to your place with the production team, record a Future of Gulf Coast interview with you as the subject, and your video joins the record alongside Quint Studer, Mort O'Sullivan, and the others. We don't produce commercials. The Large tier is a Registry interview, not an ad — you're the guest, and you keep the video to use anywhere.
How is this different from running a Facebook or Instagram ad?
Social ads buy attention in someone else's feed for a few seconds at a time. Future of Gulf Coast attaches your business to a permanent local record — videos people actually choose to watch, hosted next to community leaders they already trust. You're not interrupting a scroll. You're appearing in a place people came to. And the video lives indefinitely — every new viewer in 2027, 2028, and beyond sees your ad on the same record.
What if my competitor signs up first?
Then they get the category and you don't. Every tier is one business per category. Plumbing, real estate, wealth management, dentistry — once a category is claimed, it's closed for the year. The first call usually decides who gets in.
How much does it cost?
The Large tier is $5,000 per year. Small and Medium pricing depends on your category — different industries draw different value from the record. We confirm the exact number on the call.

Where will my ad run?
On every Future of Gulf Coast video — across our website, our Vimeo showcase, and our monthly email distribution. If you're a Large tier advertiser, you also receive your own interview video to run anywhere else you want.
What's the commitment?
Twelve months. We sign a one-year agreement so we can plan production and protect category exclusivity. Most advertisers renew at the end of the year because the videos keep working long after the contract closes.
